1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the SÉL website ("Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Products & Pricing
We strive to display products and pricing accurately. Colors, textures, and packaging may vary slightly from images. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing errors.
4. Orders & Payment
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send a shipping confirmation. Payment is processed at checkout via our payment providers. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping
We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are your responsibility.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your SÉL products. If you are not satisfied, you may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping is non- refundable). Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.

7. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product formulations — is the property of SÉL or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. User Content
If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant SÉL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business.
10. Disclaimers
Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always patch-test new products and discontinue use if irritation occurs. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SÉL and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SÉL, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SÉL is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
