Shipping
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on every order. No minimums, no exceptions.
- Delivery: 5–10 business days (most regions)
- All orders ship within 24 hours of confirmation during business days
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you do not receive tracking within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside your country of purchase, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
We do our best to label packages accurately to minimize delays, but we cannot control customs processing times.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your SÉL products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- Items must be unopened and in original condition
- Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for return
To initiate a return, email us at centelladaily@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
